Mick has 30 years industry experience having spent ten years working for Prudential before becoming an IFA in August 2001. Living locally to Boston, but originally from Horncastle, he has built up a large client bank during that time and works extensively in the areas of pensions and investments as well as all other main financial planning areas.
Away from work, Mick is a sports fanatic, being a lifelong Nottingham Forest fan as well as a keen golfer, fisherman and skier.

Paul started in the Financial Services Industry in 1987 with Lloyds Bank, where he progressed through the ranks to senior management. He left the bank in 2005 to become an Independent Financial Adviser, joining the team at First Capital IFA Limited in July 2012 following the acquisition of O'Halloran & Co.

Steven started working in the financial services industry in June 2003, working as an Office Manager and latterly a paraplanner for a group of Independent Financial Advisers. During this time he passed his financial services examinations and gained valuable experience. Steven has worked as an adviser since April 2007 and provides independent, unbiased financial advice on client’s pension, savings, investment, equity release and protection needs.
Steven is married and has 2 children, is a passionate fan of Liverpool Football Club, coaches youth football at Boston United Community Football Club and also enjoys playing golf.
